About the Product

Our silica sand is recovered from the raw stock pile generated during China Clay production and is processed at our own facility into a consistent, low-moisture, low-iron product. We are one of the biggest silica sand exporters from India, supplying Solar, Glass, Foundry & Construction grade silica sand to customers who need dependable quality, batch after batch.

Our Processing Stages

• Stage 1 — Screening: The raw silica sand stock pile is tested for the desired parameters and fed via screw conveyor into the main screening machine, which separates impurities and oversized material from the stock pile.
• Stage 2 — Intermediate Storage: Screened material is fed into intermediate storage cylos of about 30 tons capacity, forming the feed stock for the next stage.
• Stage 3 — Drying: Material is dried until moisture drops from an initial 4%–5% to less than 1%, ensuring a consistent supply to customers even through the monsoon season.
• Stage 4 — Vibratory Screening: Dried material passes through a vibratory screener and is sorted into different sizes based on customer requirements.
• Stage 5 — Magnetic Separation: The sized material is passed through magnetic separators to remove free iron (Fe), reducing the iron content of the final product.

Export of Material

We source and process silica sand at our own unit in North Gujarat, India. We have 2 major sea ports available for export — Kandla & Mundra — and can export silica sand from either of these two major sea ports.
